What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you reserve a limited-edition piece before it's actually manufactured. Payment is processed immediately at checkout, exactly like a regular purchase.
Every pre-order product shows an estimated production start date right on its page — that's when we begin manufacturing the ordered pieces, not the delivery date. Once production begins, you'll receive an email with your shipment details, including tracking and an updated delivery estimate.
Displayed dates are good-faith estimates based on our real production capacity — they may shift slightly depending on pre-order volume. We'll let you know if a delay becomes significant.
