Every item ordered on Sono Forge is manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed.

2. Production Time

• Production time (printing or embroidery) is generally 2 to 5 business days;
• Over 97% of orders are completed within 5 business days or less.

3. Total Delivery Time (Production + Shipping)

• Within Canada: generally 1 to 8 business days total, depending on shipping method and region;
• These times are estimates and may vary based on availability, time of year, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is currently free on all orders shipped within Canada.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.

6. Shipping Across Canada

For now, Sono Forge ships within Canada only.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders
