Return & Refund Policy

Our products are made to order specifically for each customer, which shapes our return policy as follows.

1. No Returns for Change of Mind

Since each item is custom-made at the time of order, we do not accept returns for a simple change of mind (see section 2 for size exchanges).

2. Size Exchange Within 30 Days

Wrong size or a defect? You have 30 days from receiving your order to request an exchange. Return the item unworn and unwashed — return shipping is at your own cost, but shipping the correct size back is completely free.

3. Guaranteed Replacement or Refund

We offer a free replacement or a full refund, at our discretion, within 30 days of receiving your order, in the following cases:

Manufacturing or printing defect;
Item damaged during transit;
Error on our part;
Package lost, as confirmed by the carrier.

4. How to File a Claim

Write to us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt, including your order number, a description of the issue, and one or more photos.

5. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Consumer Rights

This policy does not restrict the rights guaranteed to you under the Québec Consumer Protection Act.
